4. Scope of Work

  • The scope of services will be defined in a separate agreement, proposal, or invoice
  • Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness

5. Payments & Pricing

  • All fees will be communicated in advance via proposal or agreement
  • Payments must be made in full or as per agreed milestones
  • Late payments may result in:
    • Project delays
    • Suspension of services
  • No work will begin until the initial payment is received (unless otherwise agreed)

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Payoneer, Wise, or other agreed platforms.

6. Refund Policy

  • Payments made are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds may only be considered if:
    • Work has not yet started
    • Mutual agreement is reached

Due to the nature of digital services, no guarantees of specific results (e.g., sales, rankings) are provided.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information and necessary access (ad accounts, website, etc.)
  • Respond in a timely manner to communications
  • Approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws in their business/industry

Delays caused by the Client may impact timelines and results.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All deliverables (ads, creatives, strategies) remain the property of the Service Provider until full payment is received
  • After full payment:
    • The Client receives usage rights unless otherwise specified
  • The service provider retains the right to:
    • Showcase work in portfolio (unless NDA restricts it)

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

  • Business data
  • Marketing strategies
  • Login credentials

Separate NDA agreements may apply where required.

10. Performance Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee:
    • Specific sales
    • ROI or ROAS
    • Search engine rankings

Results depend on multiple factors, including market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as:

  • Google
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Shopify / WordPress

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform policy changes
  • Account suspensions
  • Algorithm updates

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for:
    • Indirect or consequential losses
    • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding payments must be cleared
  • Work completed until termination will be delivered
  • Access to accounts may be revoked if payments are not settled

14. Revisions & Approvals

  • Reasonable revisions will be provided as per project scope
  • Excessive revisions or changes in direction may incur additional charges

15. Communication

Official communication will be conducted via:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Project management tools (if applicable)

Clients are responsible for checking communications regularly.

16. Data Protection & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data.

  • Personal data will only be used for service delivery
  • We implement reasonable security measures
  • For international clients, we aim to align with global standards (e.g., GDPR where applicable)

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by:
